The last two lines can be played in two ways
1:- you can simply strum down once with chords G Am D7 and G in the first line and C D7 and G in the second line

2:-you can tab down the same chords in this manner
G=  G(5-3-1-2)    Am= Am(5-3-1-2)    D7= D7(4-3-1-2)               C=  C(5-3-1-2)




   so you just need to press G chord and hit the strings 5-3-1-2, other chords are also to be played the same way and you are done..
